To book a room you’ll have to pay the first month’s rental. Kindly note that this amount is non-refundable if you choose to not take the room.
Once your room has been booked we will arrange to sign the lease upon which a refundable deposit of R10 100 is due. This amount will be held in a separate, interest bearing account and refunded to you, less any deductions for breakages, damages or rental arrears at the end of the lease period, with any accrued interest owing to you.

Length of lease is minimum 1 year.

We offer a 5% discount on the total rental if the rental is paid for the year upfront.
We offer a 2.5% discount if the rental is paid per semester upfront.
